• Aadhaar & PAN of Key Officials

• Memorandum of Association / Trust Deed

• Governing Body / Board of Directors list

• Bank account details & cancelled cheque

• Audited Financial Statements (last 3 years)

• Past project reports & references

• Project proposal (if applying for funding)

• GST registration (if applicable)
