3. Who Can Apply?

  Startups / MSMEs

4. Documents Required :

  Applicant’s Aadhaar & PAN

  Business Registration Proof (GST, Partnership Deed, Trust Deed, ROC documents, etc.)

 Logo Image (JPEG/PNG)

  Power of Attorney (Form TM-48)

  Applicant’s Email ID & Mobile Number

5. Registration Process :

Step 1: Trademark Search

To check uniqueness and availability of the logo.

Step 2: Filing Application (Form TM-A)

Application is filed under the required class/classes.

Step 3: Examination

Registrar examines and may issue objections.

Step 4: Reply to Examination Report

Applicant must respond to any objections raised.

Step 5: Publication in Trademark Journal

Logo is published for public observation or opposition.

Step 6: Registration Certificate

If no opposition is raised, the logo is formally registered.

6. Validity

Valid for 10 years

Renewable every 10 years, indefinitely
